For language schools — find examiners and teachers | Sprachschulwerk
For language schools

Fill exam supervision and cover teaching without a phone list.

Post an exam or a course once. Verified examiners and teachers apply, you decide — with every application, message and date in one place.

What you get

01

One inbox for every application

Applications for exams and courses land in the same list, with the date, the office and the cover letter preview. Accept or decline straight from the row. Accepting means you settle directly with that person — we do not sit between you and the payment.

02

Sort out the details in place

Every application carries its own message thread. Travel, group size, paperwork — settled where the application already is, not in an email folder. Attachments such as licence copies or assessment sheets can go with it.

03

Post exams and courses

Exams as a single date, cover teaching as a date range with a weekly schedule and teaching units. Pay per unit, per hour or as a total. Scoped per office, so each of your locations only sees its own postings.

04

Keep the dates in view

Every exam and cover assignment in one calendar, filled and still open — so you see early where next week is still short a person.

05

Read a candidate before you commit

Each profile shows qualifications and reviews from earlier assignments, written by schools that worked with that person. "Geprüft" means we have reviewed the certificates they submitted.

Common questions

What does this cost our school?
It is free during the beta. The pricing page sets out what is planned afterwards.
What does "Geprüft" mean on a profile?
That person uploaded evidence of their qualifications and we reviewed it. It is not a background check and does not replace your own judgement.
Does payment go through Sprachschulwerk?
No. When you accept an application you agree terms and pay that person directly. We connect you; we do not handle the money.
We have several locations — is that supported?
Yes. Postings belong to one office, and you can invite an office manager per location who only sees that location.
